Members of the GSYC enjoy a range of dining experiences throughout the year. During the summer season our in-house chef prepares Friday and Saturday evenings dinners. Weekend dinner reservations are made several days in advance.
Midday Dining on the deck is offered on Saturdays, Sundays and on summer holidays. Members order from an extensive menu of traditional American favorites like omelets, burgers, salads, and wraps plus a kids’ menu that can satisfy the pickiest eater. A more limited menu is available at poolside.
Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day picnics are feature a barbeque picnic, cooked and served at poolside (weather permitting). The fare usually includes salads, burgers, chicken, ribs, hot dogs with all the fixings, and a desert buffet of ice cream sundaes, and freshly baked cookies and cakes.
